Workflow

Everything in BugSherpa is based on the KISS principle, because only the elite geeks among us need a bug-tracking system with a gazillion options, super-customizable decision nodes and umpteen ways to display data — the rest of us just want to get our work done.

BugSherpa recognizes that most bugs take just 5 steps to resolution:

1. Somebody reports a bug.
2. The Project Leader receives the report and sends an assignment to a Technician: Fix This Bug
3. The Tech fixes the bug, then assigns a Reviewer to check the work.
4. The Reviewer confirms the bug is fixed, and passes the ball back to the Project Leader.
5. The Project Leader closes the bug as "resolved."

…so BugSherpa's workflow guides your team through that path — effortlessly!

But wait, there's more!

Sure, Technicians and Reviewers need the ability to push incomplete assignments backward. And Project Leaders and Admins definitely require complete control over workflow. BugSherpa does that too — and more.
